Morning Spell

I had another inspirational writing group meeting this morning,  I always feel incredibly lucky to be part of that special group.  My heart is touched whenever I listen to those stories we all read aloud.

This was my offering for today:

Morning Spell
This half lit room holds surprises,
Casting a spell,
That can only be broken by the sun.
A creeping, reality spreads across the floor,
Warming,
Inviting,
Encouraging,
Hopeful,
The day is bright
It feels right
